It's a challenge article which is mixing SAP ERP (IDOC, etc), SAP HANA HCI (flows), Azure Function and Azure Service Bus.
Disclaimer: I'm not used to SAP terminology, I might doing some approximations in vocabulary, do not hesitate to comment if anything need to be corrected.
Goals
Customer created or updated in SAP ERP push a message into Azure Service Bus (seen with Service Bus Explorer on the right) and other way around.
I won't talk about the content transformation that should be done. Either in HCI or somewhere else.
